Alder Bay RV Park & Marina

Great time. My family is from Nanaimo and once we arrived, you could just tell the place was gorgeous, i came with my family and my mom booked a site and rented the trailer and it was amazing. The sunset was gorgeous, The staff was super nice and friendly, definitely made you feel welcome. walking down on the dock was amazing, everyone was silent at night, and just the overall experience was great. The food truck definitely has one of the best burgers i’ve ever had. I wish i stayed longer than i did. I will definitely be coming back in the future for longer!! I really enjoyed my stay here

We made a 1 night pit stop here after hiking the Cape Scott Trail, and we couldn't have picked a better stay. We wished we had at least another day to enjoy here. It seemed busy but was still quiet and relaxing and our campsite was right on the water - we watched whales passing by and feeding for a couple hours. Can't beat it. The on site food truck was AMAZING. Primarily a RV park, although we were tenting and were more than comfortable. Management was so kind and thoughtful - highly recommend this gem!

Great sunsets. Took at least 5 photos a night. Food truck is awesome. Fantastic showers, bathrooms and washing machines. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spots could be more spacious and put apart more

Great location with the views - right by the water. Friendly and helpful staff. Private washrooms and showers. It was not busy during our stay in October, so it was quiet and spacious. Would stay there again.

Loved the place! We had a really good spot with amazing views. The facilities were great as well
