EXCELLENT, compassionate service from the WELL Health team with regard to prompt professional care from my out-of-province boyfriend's infected wisdom tooth. Because he had a fever attributable to the infection, we were not able to go to the clinic to get antibiotics in person due to fears of Covid, which was completely understandable. However, the receptionist and office manager went above and beyond to organize our telehealth appointment with a physician within 15 minutes, we paid over the phone for the out-of-province appointment with no issues and had a prescription faxed over to a pharmacy immediately. Crisis was averted within 30 minutes and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation together once the antibiotics started working. THANK YOU GIRLS FOR SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!! You both deserve a raise ASAP!! ;)

I am very upset with their staff answering the phone, they are not helpful as I would expect, and don't seem to care about the patient's urgent needs. I don't understand why they hire people that are not willing to do their job the right way

Dr. was an hour late to her scheduled phone appointment. She was then hurried, crude and uncaring during the very short appointment. Finally she did not follow through with faxing a requisition she said she will. This resulted in me having to call the clinic and wait on the line for 20 minutes (again) to request the requisition be sent. I will not be using this clinic in the future.

Dr. McLeod’s waiting times can be very long but her knowledge makes it worth it. I feel confident when she answers my questions. A very experienced doctor in her field.
