I'm so glad that I chose Elmsdale Vision Centre for my eye care needs. The facility is warm and welcoming. The staff are pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Dr. Saywood and staff made me feel at ease during my comprehensive eye exam. Staff were super helpful when I was choosing my frames and just as awesome when my frames needed to be replaced. I feel taken care of when I visit as they really seem to ensure that clients are satisfied. I never feel rushed as they make each client a priority and you can see that others are just as happy with the service that they receive. The extended evening hours and location are very convenient. Thank you Elmsdale Vision Centre for taking such great care of my eyes!

After suffering an accident, they absolutely came through in the clutch. The entire staff and Doctors were incredibly accommodating and were able to make time to see me 3 times over a 4 day period (around the holidays!), and give me the care and treatment needed. If 6 stars were possible, they’d deserve it!

Great service, great staff, great selection of frames and very knowledgeable Optometrists. I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Smith. He took the time to explain the added test he wanted to do. I'm not going anywhere else and my family have now all had their eyes checked here. A blessing to have in our community.
