Shanel, David and Paul were extremely prompt in their replies and they explained everything to us. David and Paul are very knowledgeable. My drain tiles were inspected, and flushed out. Customer Service 100%. Don't hesitate, go with these guys.

Got a call back in less than 15 min and it was late in the day. Was given an appointment for the next day. David came out, diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions. He explained everything thoroughly. We decided to go forward with the work the next morning and I was grateful that David kept at the problem (we were both getting frustrated!) but he was professional and again offered options for future work. Was upfront about costs and I felt confident in the work being done. Thanks David!

Getting a hold of some companies is like pulling teeth but this company literally rescued me from my basement flooding. I recommend them for maintenance of your drain tile or drainage. They come every year and flush my drains and keep tabs on the sump. I'd be happy to refer them.

If you manage to get the technicians to your site, they’re excellent. They have can do attitudes, offer creative solutions, are willing to educate you and explain how your drainage system works, and even work through their lunches to get the job done. They’re wonderful. The challenge I had with West Coast Tank & Drainage was on the administrative side. After they did their initial site visit and offered a quote, I emailed them 3 times to arrange for the service and never heard back from them. So I left 2 or 3 voicemails, which also went unanswered. After my 3rd attempt at a call, I received a text msg and we switch to that medium but coordination wasn’t much better. It took 3 or 4 follow-up text messages (which would go unanswered for weeks) before we nailed down a week, and then day for the work. During each gap of unresponsiveness (which was quite frustrating), I would have to report back to my Strata Council that we hadn’t made any progress in resolving our maintenance issue. When they finally did come, as I said, the on-site technicians were excellent. Then we had to follow up with them to get an invoice. All the while I kept waiting for their report. 2 unanswered text msgs, and 1-2 unanswered emails later, I finally threatened a poor Google review before they finally sent it to me. When they did, it was for the wrong building... I informed them of this and a month later, have still not heard anything. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the hassle or my time hounding them to get the work done and report issued. If they’d merely responded to any of my attempts at contact to say they were busy and would be available until X date I would have been fine with it. I say find someone else.
