From the initial visit to the final install, the entire crew were pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure the safety of my artwork situated around a heater in my art studio that had broken down. They were careful with getting to the heater( high ceilings), replacing it, conducting safety tests and even went so far as to clean my ceiling fan, repositioned furniture (they may have even swept the floor)! I had to step out for a few hours and I knew I was in good hands! Thanks so much!! I can paint again in comfort!! I’m not usually one to write reviews but I had to.. the first company I called was a sh*tshow. 😂 let me save you the trouble. These guys are great.

There was water leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom, and Milani was able to send someone next day on a weekend. Taylor was assigned to my case and was very professional. He kept me informed throughout his investigation and made sure I understood what he was going to do. I can definitely say that the leak was in good hands. He fixed the problem, tested the repair many times to make sure no more water was coming through. I'm very happy with the quality of Taylor's work and Milaniy services. Highly recommend!

This was an emergency as a toilet tank was eroding and starting to leak due to poor quality of the product. Our technician was able to diagnose the issue and recommended replacement and made sure it was done within the day. A second toilet was also discovered to be made of the inferior product and also replaced. We had asked for a full water supply assessment and this was also done. A faucet needed to be replaced which was leaking and this was handled during the visit. It took a few hours to do this but our tech assured us he would finish everything and not reschedule which was a relief. It was all done professionally and with a smile. He also retested replacements to ensure everything was working properly. This was important to us as we live in a highrise apartment and we wanted assurance our unit and those around us were going to be safe from water damage and this was achieved. We are extremely happy with the technician, the repair and the way the company stands behind their work.

We had toilet issues in one of our dental clinics and Claude C from Milani plumbing was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable Not only fixed our problem, but found the overall cause. Much appreciated! Would highly recommended! Thanks Claude!

I would give Milani Plumbing a zero but it is not possible here. Booked an appointment with Milani and they would call me within the 3 hour appointment time given. Took day off to ensure the work got done, absolutely NO CALL from Milani stating their late or anything. Called them two times after 1:30pm, as both customer service calls were unsuccessful and they did not know when a technician would be called out. Milani, who is supposed to be doing a service, does not know when a technician will be called out, I am confused as they told me between 10am-1pm, still not one word from them. They talk about excellent customer service care on their phone message and quality work, that's needs to be reviewed on a very high level. Don't promise people a service and schedule work and leave them hanging not knowing what is happening. On top of that, wasted day off! Not happy.
