Debonair Formal Wear

Rafi was great! Bought a charcoal grey suit that turned out awesome. Only had to go back once for adjustments. Highly recommend this place. If you want a high quality suit at a reasonable price look no further.

We just finished using the Debonair Formal Wear service from New West for our wedding on Sept 12, 2020. We had a bridal part of 18, including 9 groomsmen, best man and groom. They made the experience enjoyable and super easy. The 9 guys had to stop in once to get their sizing done, and then they picked up the suit a few days before the wedding - tried it on then to confirm size, and that was that. Super easy, very affordable and would highly recommend anyone to use this service! One of our groomsmen enjoyed the service so much he is using it for his own wedding in October!

I recently got married and my groomsmen and I rented our suits and tuxedo from here. At the beginning of our interaction, the service was great. The individuals who helped us were very professional and friendly. When we picked up our rentals, a few of my groomsmen and I had substantial issues with the fit of the clothing. The employees helped us get different sizes that better fit for the wedding which was the following day. On the day of the wedding is when the issues began. After wearing my tuxedo for about 5 minutes, the jacket button popped off. Shortly after, multiple of my groomsmen's buttons popped off whilst we were all simply standing around. Later in the night, the cufflinks started to snap and break all whilst we were simply standing around. When the rentals were returned, the employees informed us that this happens all the time with the cufflinks because they are cheap and that the buttons popping off was likely because the rentals were too small and offered nothing such as even an apology. This is concerning because we trusted this company to ensure that our rentals were of proper size for the event and for the price of the rentals, it is unfortunate that the buttons were so poorly attached. Just be extra aware when renting from Debonair Formal Wear, because you will be blamed for any short comings of the rentals.

Do not rent from here if you care about your suit staying together. $250 seems like a slippery slope for something that doesn’t last for even 10 min. The grooms jacket button popped off during photos and his was not the only one. Also cufflinks were snapping left right and center! When I returned the tux I told the staff about what a terrible time we had with their rentals and they just told me the cuff links were cheap and it happens all the time. Also that the jackets probably were too small and that’s why the bottoms were falling off. You would think that they would fit properly as they were the ones who took the measurements and were there when we tried them on. Very frustrating to deal with. Would not recommend going here for your wedding unless you need an extra thing to worry about on your special day.
