I really truly had such an amazing experience!! Charlotte was so patient and so personable. She emailed me a few days prior to get to know me and the style I was after. After showing her what I wanted she showed me and I wasn't too happy with the dresses I envisioned myself in (dresses were gorgeous, just not on me). She brought out a dress that I would have never imagined myself in. I put it on and felt so beautiful and I instantly started crying. I bought the dress immediately. I didn't try on anything else, I knew that was the dress. So thankful for her and understanding what works on my body and bringing me a dress that I feel so gorgeous in. I can't wait for the day to get married in that dress. Thank you so much Charlotte!!!!

I was thrilled to find my wedding gown here. It was gorgeous, fashion forward and I received so many compliments on the style. The team that helped me to pick it out was incredibly patient and really made me feel special. The bustle only worked for about 20 minutes and the rest of the day/evening I ended up having to carry my whole train - having stylists try to twist and tuck it or tie it. This was really frustrating considering I had 2 back-to-back receptions and the evening part was outdoors. Carrying it awkwardly all night made it seem like I didn't bother to get any alterations. What was worse was that the final fit also looked like I skipped getting alterations done. After the first alteration fitting, I was blown away by the phenomenal hourglass shape the new alterations gave me, absolutely in love. However after 'letting out a little at the top', the gown was so ill-fitting, loose and lumpy. The lady who helped me try it on at the end really rushed me and talked us out of thinking it didn't look great. After taking her word for it, I'm looking at my wedding photos in retrospect, feeling like I should have trusted my gut and stuck with my convictions. The top was so unflattering and lumpy and bumpy in every photo. The hourglass shape was entirely gone. When you pay a premium for alterations, you kind of expect to have a gown that hugs all your curves and was made to fit you just right. I'm sad that we had that once at the beginning but that it didn't read that way for my actual wedding.

Rita was my stylist, she had me send in my size, styles I liked, and budget. She picked out MANY beautiful options that I also loved, but the dress I actually chose was my 3rd one I tried on! It was under my budget even, and absolutely what I envisioned my wedding dress to look like! She had a really fun personality and was easy to shop with! Would recommend her 10/10

Fabulous shopping experience! Lisa's Bridal came highly recommended to me so my daughter and I made the 1200 km trip to find her grad dress. Our stylist, Chantel, was the cutest! She was professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, she listened. We left with a gorgeous dress and huge smiles. Thank you for a fun experience. Highly recommend Lisa's Bridal.

Everything was well organized for the appointment and the salon laid out their COVID expectations and protocols easily and clearly. I felt safe and doted on for the whole appointment. Kyra did a fantastic job pulling dresses that suited exactly what I was looking for. While it was good to try some things I may not have considered right away, I am impressed to say I did end up choosing one of the very first dresses she selected for me, even prior to meeting me! Just based on the quick survey she gave me leading up to the appointment, she nailed it. The salon did not make me feel badly for having such a quick turnaround time for the wedding and they all treat you like gold regardless of your budget. Gaby from alterations was so calm and confident in her work you cannot help but trust what she can do with her skills. The dress fit beautifully after she worked her magic.
