My fiancé and myself had a great experience buying his suit, and my dress. I called ahead to book an apt, and wore our masks. They had good selection and a great sale on. We saved a lot of money. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. I’m glad we didn’t listen to the other reviews on here, and gave them a try.

Older lady was extremely rude. I normally don't write reviews but the experience was horrendous because of the extremely poor customer service. My fiance went and came back upset because the lady said "good thing your wedding is a year away because you have time to lose weight". She was extremely upset and also mentioned she didn't let them pick dresses and she picked them for her and it was dresses she didn't want or styles she didn't like. My fiance's sister was looking at belts and was wanting to look at more but the lady said "that's all, thanks for coming". Worst place to shop for wedding dresses and should have read reviews of this place first

She was so pushy and rude. She even teaches you how to wear a dress. After going to more than 20 bridal dress stores, this is the first time I saw this kind of behavior. Dont waste your time here. She doesn't even let you to touch dress.

If I could give no stars I would! When I first arrived the older lady was very rude with how she spoke, she said I was only allowed to try on 2 dresses and she made me take off almost all my clothes before going into the dressing room. She made my mom hold everything and I was also not allowed to bring my phone in the room (she watched me until I gave it to my mom). I chose the dresses I wanted to try on, one of them was on the mannequin in the window, she was very upset that I wanted to try on that dress because she had to remove it from the mannequin, she kept asking "there is no other dress?" "You really want that one?" and I said yes that was the one I wanted to try on. I liked the dress but hated her attitude. I ended up taking it off and leaving without it. I continued shopping at other locations and decided I would buy that dress because it best fit the occasion. We returned back and the older man was now there, he asked if we had an appointment and I answered no, that we were in here earlier and we wanted to look at the dress again. He refused us, and I started to get frustrated, finally the woman came back and I explained how I wanted to try the dress on again to make sure it was the one, after going back and forth she said yes. Then my next question really bothered her. I asked if I could also try on another dress with a V line back so I could see how the V would look on me because I would have altered the dress. I had also said that I needed to FaceTime the buyer so she could tell me if the dress was ok, they were really mad at that and said no, so I walked out of the store because they were yelling at me, and I face timed the buyer and showed her the dress because they had put it back on the mannequin. When they saw me show her the dress they came out screaming at me, I'm 17 years old how disrespectful. The man then went back in the store picked up the mannequin and took it away, all because I needed to show the person buying the dress, the dress. They told me to come back with the buyer however the buyer was not available as she was with her sick relative, which we explained.They then allowed us in, and said I can try on the dresses. We stupidly ended up buying the dress by the end because I really needed a dress. They then became nice once my mom put her card in the machine (the buyer was going to pay her back). Then they allowed us to take a picture. They also make you pay for alterations before hand. Unfortunately my occasion was cancelled because of covid and after my mom tried calling for a refund of our alterations (which were never done) they never answered or called back, finally a few months later my mom got in contact with them and they refunded us for the alterations. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RUDE AND ITS NOT WORTH IT! NEVER GOING BACK! THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE 2 STARTS. I managed to sneak a video of the dress, the man in black in the corner was the rude owner.

My gf went to this store for her prom dress and showed the the lady pic of what she wants. And u know what that lady said? She said, “yes, that’s good, nice, go back and buy that dress then, you are not gonna find anything here, bye.” What is that perfumed talk?? Highly NOT recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻very poor service.
