My wife and I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal, specifically with Jane. She was so happy and eager to help us find the right dress, and was very accommodating to what we wanted. They changed the back of the dress we chose to a corset and even altered my suit to fit better on me. They were easy to work with, with high happy energy and very fast service. We were hesitant on going to bridal shops as we are not dress up fancy people, but they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Their prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the alternations which took no time at all. Thank you for helping us have an easy enjoyable experience with finding the dress for my bride!

Yesterday I went to New West to look for some long, simple formal black dress for my artona graduation pictures. Before coming to Bliss Bridal I did go to some other stores, in that area and oh lord first of all the selection in the other stores were trash, and secondly the prices were really high like for a simple dress the price was $500. Because of Covid-19 most of the grade 12 functions are cancelled so I thought the prices might be a bit cheaper and more affordable but how wrong I was. In fact in one of the stores the sale lady was trying to make me buy something that didn't even fit me. I had given complete hope but accidentally me and my sister crossed by bliss bridal. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted very nicely by Jane. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a dress that matched everything I wanted. As soon as I tried on the dress I fell in love with it. Even the price of the dress was very affordable compared to all the other stores I went to. I asked Jane if she could hold the dress for me for one day and she happily did it. I went back today and purchased the dress. I 100% recommend Bliss Bridal for anyone looking for formal dresses or grad dresses. If I have prom this year , I would definitely come back and purchase my prom dress from Bliss Bridal.

Jane is great! She has an excellent eye for wedding dresses and was very supportive through the entire selection process. I got my alterations done in store and it was affordable and very quick. We received very attentive customer service and could not be happier with the dress we bought.

I went to five wedding dress stores without finding THE dress before I finally had a look at this store. The sales lady Jane asked me to describe the dress I was hoping for and in under 2 minutes she showed me my dream dress. She was very helpful and not pushy. The dress was a little bit over my budget however Jane offered me a discount and included the alterations for a great price. I could pick it up after one week and the alterations were done exactly how we spoke about. I am incredibly happy with my dream dress. Thank you Bliss Bridal!

I love this place!! Do not miss giving it a chance. I went to many fancy boutiques that give you champagne and let you choose from only 20 Very expensive dresses to see, and ended up buying my dress here instead in 2019. I also brought my absolutely filthy dress back for dry cleaning and they got every single stain out. Yesterday, I brought my friend here and she found her dream dress as well! All of my other friends are planning on coming here when they are looking for a dress one day. The ladies are so kind and helpful in listening to what you want. They are also great and affordable at alterations!
