We purchased my daughter's grad dress here, which had mesh in the front that was ripped at the time of purchase. It was too big and had to be taken in and the mesh needed to be fixed as well. When my daughter went to pick up the dress and try it on, she told the girl it was still too loose and the lady said, that is what you wanted. I was unfortunately not there at the time as we are from out of town. We later discovered the mesh that they had reattached was completely crooked across the front. We ended up taking the dress to a professional seamstress who fixed their mistakes and hemmed the dress for the same cost as what Bella Sposa charged us. I tried to discuss this with the manager, but she was not willing to stand by their workmanship or their customer service. We won't be shopping here again. For anyone else who may shop here, get your alterations done at an outside establishment. Any business who is more interested in their policies than making things right with a customer doesn't deserve repeat business.

I bought my wedding dress in this store. I love my dress but the sales assistant was rude and definitely took away from the experience of buying my dress. I also felt she lacked experience when guiding me on the size of the dress to order not taking into account I had a baby 3 months previously.
