GUESS Factory

I have been in this store many times. Easy access, close enough. Usually find nice stuff at very reasonable prices. Although the staff seems to change often, for the most part they are nice, friendly and helpful. Not this last visit. First, upon entry, I was told to use the sanitizer they provide. Then, I was told not to "hang around for very long periods of times, anywhere inside the store". What was that all about? If they don't want lots of people inside tne store, either have someone monitoring that! Simple. That's what some stores are doing, controlling the number of customers at any given time. Needless to say there was no Please nor Thank you. While I understand the stores must do what they can/have to, to prevent the spread of the Corona virus and that employees are simply following directions, they shouldn't do so in such rude way. Not only that, they are asking or demanding rather, that customers follow certain protocols but some of the employees themselves are not. For instance, I noticed not all employees were wearing a mask. I WAS WEARING MY MASK. I went to look for something. I found it, saw a couple of other items that I liked, grabbed them and proceeded to pay. One employee saw me carrying what I was buying and kindly offered to take them to the front so I could do some more shopping if needed which was nice and I thanked her for it. Paying was fast although the cashier could have been a bit nicer. I understand this Covid19 issue is stressful and has impacted all of us in one way or another. I also understand that employees are under a lot of stress, perhaps worried about getting sick themselves and pressured to follow the ever changing rules and regulations. They however, have no rights to be rude.

Prices!!! Love this store!!

The lady who welcomed me was extremely rude and loud yesterday. Her name was Ruby. If Manager is reading this then teach the workers how to be nice to customers. I wanted to buy because there was sale but left the store from the front without going at the back. Horrible customer service.
