Just visited this branch, you can not try on the clothes, and if you purchase and want to return you will not get your money back, its gonna be store credit or exchange.
CSR can be more polite at least. Once I told it doesn’t make sense she answered actually it does. I would say sorry thats company’s policy .
Best customer service hands down..reasonable prices too!! Encourage regular shoppers to apply for The Prestige card for 10%,discount too!!

I had some problem returning items at tsawwassen mills mall store, so I thought I should come to queensborough landing store and see if they can help me out. The manager and the sales associate both were very helpful and they listened to me calmly and understood my problem and the point i had which was fair. They went beyond expectations and helped me. I would love to vist this store more oftentimes just because of this experience. Again Thank you very much for the help. I really appreciate the service.
