They are so very easy to deal with! Julie is so very efficient, pleasant and an asset to this company. Jim is the BEST! He came right away to quote our job and after all was finished there were NO extras or surprises. Truly was great to deal with and delivered and finished on time. Jason did the quickest, most tidy, professional install of our new gas furnaces and A/C units! Dan the plumber was so very fast, friendly and good at his job! I would recommend M&K Plumbing and Heating if you want excellent workmanship at a very fair price! Very nice dealing with you all!! Will use you in the future......Lloyd and Cyndi

The experience was nothing short of frusterating. While we were painted into a corner through a cold spell, our furnace was very old but everything inspected passed with flying colors. Though it wouldn't stay on, it ran intermittently. After several visits over a couple weeks and the problem persisting they offered the next best solution to actually fixing it....just buy a whole new furnace. Bahaha! Thanks for your help and the manditory furnace replacement tha seemed to be not even. The installation was done quick and in good quality but being told to replace your furnace instead of have it fixed seems rather wrong and upsetting
