This is a review for customer service and not the facility itself. I called looking for a specific sized unit which (unfortunately was not available). That being said, the team was extremely helpful and informative. Their prices are competitive and they offered to put me on a call list for the unit I needed. In the interim, they held a smaller, available unit for me at no charge for a week while I tried to track down the unit size I needed. I found the unit size somewhere else (and was not nearly as happy with the customer service there) but wish Windmill had worked out for me instead.

A little cooler than I thought it would be for a heated unit. The lights go out after 10 minutes leaving you in the dark in your unit. There are no lights in the units.

For someone who’s never used a storage facility before, my experience was second to none. Carla and Scott ensured I had the proper size space for my car, accommodated my request to reserve a few days earlier than expected, and provided upmost, friendly, and professional service. Storage is clean, safe, and virtually idiot proof. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend.
