My first review was deleted!!! A month or two ago I said that I bought the pizza bites, and it came as a flattened, greasy mess stuck to the bottom of the box. I had posted photos. Now, the second awful experience, I ordered 2 pizzas - veggie and plain cheese; they put them in the oven at the same time so the veggie one was cooked fine, the cheese one was pretty much burnt beyond edible.

Seems like a great deal on pizza until you pay for double chicken and get several pieces of pizza without any chicken on them. Value does not equal price. Twice now had cold pizza as well. Do notmorder from this location.

After waiting for 45 minutes I gave them a call to find out how much longer would it take? I was told "at least 40-50 minutes more". Who waits 1.5 hours for a pizza? I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money (I pre-paid with a credit card). They said they couldn't do a refund but could give me credit for the next order. I said there will be NO next time. After a while they were willing to refund my money. I am very disappointed! Will never order again.

Ordered a feast pizza expecting a difference from their regular options being that they cost more. It was sprinkled with toppings as if they were prepping for the apocalypse and resorted to dire rationing. I enjoyed the pleasant attitudes of the staff when I did carry-out.

The customer service is exceptional and the employee's go above and beyond...I highly recommend this pizza place...
