River Country Campground

Loved this place, So friendly and helpful and also beautiful camping right on the river. Boat launch, swimming even a little island. My daughter and I loved it even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer. PS What was in the water, were pretty sure we witnessed some sort of snake like creature. We came home to find out there are myths and legends to what we saw :) We didn't feel threatened but it was awesome to experience , the morning seeing the moose was pleasant as well. It was a total magickal experience here. THANK YOU !

Owners were super welcoming. We showed up at 10pm and they guided us to our site. They even ground guided us into the site as it was dark and tough to see anything when backing up.

An Awesome place to stay! Stayed here on my way down to Nove Scotia and was pleased with everything. from entering the site to setting up my tent was a breeze here!

A lovely pet friendly campground on the river with lots of trees. We stayed on a Monday night and it was very quiet and peaceful. Kids were playing at the river beach during the afternoon having a wonderful time. Office staff and fellow campers were all super friendly. A wonderful place to stop. Highly recommended.
