Dr Van and NP Coles are both amazing and I cannot say enough good about them both. However, dealing with the receptionist is a whole other story. She’s rude, arrogant, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile when I’ve been in. I wish I didn’t dread calling to book appts if anyone even answers.

This review is about my daughter who called me a few days ago really upset because she called this office to ask for an appointment with her Family Doctor but was turned down. While it wasn’t a life and death emergency, she felt she needed to see her doctor ASAP. The receptionist proceeded to rudely state speak to my daughter who was very emotionally distraught. Of course she needs an appointment..I get it. But someone in this position should really have more empathy and understanding as it was clear she doesn’t care whatsoever. When someone calls a medical office, it should be clear that the caller may be in an escalated state of being, be it mentally or physically. It then behaves the medical office worker to react in a non confrontational manner so as to not worsen the health of the client. There is indeed suitable training available to remedy such shortcomings... I hope no one else experiences this unfriendly and unprofessional individual.

Dr Vanmiddlesworth and Nurse Practitioner Rachel are Amazing! They care for their patients and listen and make you feel important when see them!, I'm blessed to have them as my Dr and Nurse Practitioner! Highly recommend them both! And also great receptionist!

My doctor is so well-informed and shares the information in a way I understand. She has a good sense of humor, too, which puts me at ease. I am thankful that she is my physician.
