Loomis Express

MY package has been out for delivery for two days. After waiting on hold for 30 mins I was told they would text the driver.... Just watched him drive by my place... TRASH Company. Never reccomend.

Only rating 1 because 0 is not an option. The driver drops packages off at my business and leaves them outside the door. Sometimes I find them same day, other times I don't see them til the next day, sometimes wet, destroyed and with the possibility of being stolen. But they don't care. I have called the customer service number and complained that outside drop off is not acceptable at a business but was told that no signature was required so that's the way it is. We never use this company but a few of our suppliers do. I make sure to write them letters each time to let them know how their products are handled by the company they have hired. Funny, I've never had to write the same supplier twice. My recommendation- DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER!!

They came to deliver as I was working, left a note on the door saying they would be back the next day and that I was able to change my next delivery date in case I wouldn't be present. I changed my delivery date to a time where I'd be home, paid online. They showed up the next day anyways. Of course, they only deliver to your house twice. So, they say they'll hold the package for 5 days at their warehouse. I showed up (at their odd business hours I might add) and of course, no one is there. As I am a working individual, I cant just take a day off in the hope that someone is there. No one answers the phone or the door either. I am still waiting here not knowing if anyone will show up or not and this is the only day I can actually make it down here. This seems to be a concern widely felt by the community here. EDIT: Waited 1h. This very kind delivery man showed up and helped us. He explained that DHL does not contact them with any changes made online. If you want your package, he explained that there's no wait time if you show ipbetween 6 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.

Upon initial delivery, did not follow the steps left online with DHL. Additionally, have been trying to contact through the way posted on their door currently to get my package and have only gotten an answering machine. I’ve attempted to call many times over the past few days, both during posted open hours and closed hours and have only been greeted by an answering machine. I’ve left a couple messages requesting they contact back, and have yet to hear anything. This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve experienced to date.

Left a large package at my door and required no signature. Have been attempting to return it and have a return authorization number, but cannot get anyone to schedule a pickup. The websites chat feature doesn't work and no one answers the phone after 20 mins of waiting. Terrible "delivery" or "courier" company.
