I called The Owen sound store and got someone who put me on hold and then got someone whom I believe was a manager from the port elgin store but visiting the own sound store, and he was not very nice at all. Blunt and rude to be honest. He told me I should only deal with the one barrie location and not to call around to the different locations. Not exactly great customer service if you ask me. And the tone in his voice was degrading to be honest. Not a fan of this gentleman and won't even deal with the port Elgin store that's for sure is that is where he is from! Collingwood was great to deal with!

I took my car in for repairs. Got a loner one through discount. Car was filthy dirty inside. Had a medical trip outside of Owen sound. Received a phone call from a lady telling me I had to bring the car back one day before we agreed upon or would be charged another full day if not back by 5pm. Very unprofessional. Would never go back. 1 star.

We have never been treated so nicely by a car rental company. The staff in Owen Sound were exceptional, professional and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Brilliant.

this location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, also they close at 5pm Mon-Fri... Their normal business hours are from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
