TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL-BACK FROM JIMMY REGARDING MY PROBLEM WITH CORTISONE INJECTIONS NOT LASTING LONG AND NOT BEING INTERESTED IN KNEE SURGERY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT THE SYNVISC ONE INJECTIONS, HOW LONG THE EFFECTS WOULD BE BUT ALSO SUGGESTED TO ASK MY DOCTOR TO PRESCRIBE A COMBO INJECTION (USING THE TWO PRODUCTS TOGETHER). HE STATED THAT NOT ONLY WOULD I BENEFIT FROM CORTISONE AND THE GEL-LIKE CUSHION FOR MY KNEE, POSSIBLY PROLONG RELIEF FOR UP TO 6 MOS. I WAS SO EXCITED TO HEAR THIS, I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS.....THIS JIMMY REALLY KNOWS A LOT ABOUT HIS MEDS. THANK YOU SO MUCH JIMMY, WILL NEVER FORGET THIS THANKSGIVING MONDAY. YOU REALLY MADE MY DAY.

Very satisfied with the service, the pharmacist even contacted me to know how I was going. Always a good service from the whole team. The time can vary, but understand that it depends on the traffic ... but we can always call or even apply online and in my case it always worked well.

The pharmacist is REALLY nice and loves his job. He gives lots of info and asks if we have any questions. His team is also very competent. I trust.

The pharmacists are super competent and friendly but everything else seems very disorganized. The last two orders took 1 hour and 1 hour 20 minutes to complete with unfortunately often errors in insurance claims. The level of service and attitude is not the same for all employees of the pharmacy. I am very disappointed with the service received recently.
