Excellent service, staff is efficient and polite, as well as experienced. Only downside is some of the staff doesn't take as much time to explain exactly what they're doing. Building is clean and well organized, plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Very disappointing. I could not even get service since the receptionist did not do the message correctly. I bothered to go on the spot to say not to cancel an appointment I had canceled 5 minutes earlier. I was confirmed that it was noted. Finally, the next day, the message did not go and I lost my appointment anyway. Nobody apologized and tried to accommodate me for this blunder. We just contented ourselves with pointing the wrongdoer. Hello customer service. Incompetence when you hold us ...
