Used them twice for clogged drains at a property of mine. Showed up quickly without charging the emergency fee. Love the detailed invoice with pictures of the work as it was done. They are the first I call now for any problems that can’t be easily fixed myself.

WOW! Wonderful and superb service given by this Company and their plumber David Cohen yesterday and since last September. Thank you so very very much for the professional work and efficient and ingenious response to our needs. David and the owner found all the right equipment to replace, repair and install in our 20+ year old kitchen and washroom. It now looks amazing and younger and most of all, everything installed works well. The cost was also most reasonable. We had a somewhat complicated installation of a new fixture into an existing bath/shower unit as well as a sink fixture to replace. I was able to get an appointment quickly and when they had to shift the appointment a bit due to bad weather, the communication was excellent. The plumber they sent was professional and very competent. I would definitely use again. Contacted them via Richard Leduc, but I understand it's owned by Deritec now.

After calling several different plumbing services, I was happy to reach someone who was very friendly and well spoken on the phone. I was able to get service within the hour that I had called. The plumber was friendly, quick and efficient. He gave me suggestions on how to properly proceed with my situation when his job was done. If you are looking for plumbing services, I would definitely recommend!
