Incredible experience every time! The secretarial staff is incredibly kind. They are organized every time I go in. Dr. Negrete is caring, professional and clearly experienced. I leave the office feeling relieved and listened to.

Amazing experience at the clinic and with Dr. Sebastian Negrete. From the prompt phone consultation to diagnosis, sending pictures to confirm and receiving the prescription by fax. Seamless, fast, efficient. Bravo

I received my requisite form in the mail, and was angered to notice that instead of them using an address label with my name on it, they instead used a filing label. The filing label had my phone number, date of birth and MEDICARE file number on it, as well as the usual name and address. By placing my private info on the envelope, anyone who came into contact with that envelope could have stolen my private information and used it to get medication, sold the info, and quite possibly affect my own medical care! This reeks of incompetence, laziness and the lack of professionalism in securing their patient's private information. My doctor will get an earful, when I speak to her!!!

Wonderful clinic. I have been a patient here for a few years and they are awesome. They follow up promptly. Always do their best to accommodate when you're in a jam and need to see the doctor. Polite and attentive staff and doctors. Couldn't ask for better care. I feel privileged to be their patient.

I come from Laval to this clinic, its one of the better clinics around. My whole family along with parents and relatives come here. My Dr in this clinic is a rare gem... he actually takes the time to listen to you. So for those that complain on the long waits, just remember, when it's your turn to see the Doc, you want him/her to take as much time as the dozens of patients before you. Thanks for reading
