Beautiful walking trails. There are several interpretive panels that relate the mining and geological history of the region. At the top of the mountain you have a beautiful view of the region and the asbestos mines of Black Lake.

Several choices of trails. There is something for all levels of "hiker". From the short round trip to Mount Oak (5km and low elevation) or combined Oak and Kerr (11 km round trip combined elevation of 350 m +/-) and we can add Jonhston Lake has it all for 15 km one way -return ..... and at will because there is also the area of ​​Vimy Ridge. For lovers of long, difficult hikes there is a departure point from Coleraine Oak, Kerr, Lac Jonhston and we add the large loop including Mount Caribou which gives a beautiful total of 21.5 km and 550 m of elevation +/-. Vimy sector there a Caribou round trip (4 km ascent 190 m) Caribou and small loop (5.2 km ascent 200 m) and we add Étang Dry (8 km ascent 230 m) Caribou + large loop (10 km ascent 275 m) Caribou + large loop + Dry Pond (13 km ascent 305 m) .... obviously this is just to give you an idea the data may vary from one software to another .... It is a place that I love !!!!
