Don't even bother trying to get an appointment here. They called last week to give me my appointment, I called on the 16th at 3:27pm to confirm it, and talked to a real person. They called yesterday while I was at work to cancel it because I apparently never called back. I have logs. They just tell me they aren't going to argue with me when I'm just trying to ratify a mistake. Now I have to wait longer to get help that I've been needing for the past two years.

Very pompous and will not give information unless explicitly asked. Also don't expect to get in when your appointment is for, always a long wait.
