I did a long distance move for my household items and vehicle with this company. Andy was my contact person and was awesome all the way. He advised me on the best way to pack my fragile items to avoid damages. The guys that came for the pickup were right on schedule, friendly and loading onto the truck was seamless. The pricing was clear and straightforward for the quality of service rendered. I will definitely recommend and use this company again. Delivery was quick as well

I have dealt with with multiple times. They are considerate as I had to change my date several times. Great drivers also that contact you in good timing. They took pictures to send to me which I really appreciated being 3 provinces away. 👍

Andy was the moving manager for my move across the country. Andy puts an effort to "do right by you". A lot of things were going sideways with the move - the packers and movers came earlier than agreed upon and threatened to leave without packing and moving if not allowed entry asap but Andy pushed to get them to stay and do the work; the weight and therefore price were more than double than estimated so Andy reduced the rate to make it more reasonable; and I needed to understand and feel comfortable the weight was accurate so Andy arranged for a reweigh and documented appropriately to help make me confident in the process. There is real opportunity to change the way this industry works. In the meantime, Andy is making up for the gaps through his client service approach. Thanks Andy
