Penhold Medical Clinic

What is the point of having a clinic in Penhold of they arent going to see patients???? I went in there just after 3, not a soul to be found, but a sign saying that they were full and not taking any more patients... they close @ 5?!? Then the cashier at the drug store was an absolute B... sorry to inconvenience you with a question...!

I couldn’t get into multiple places in red deer as my family doctor is away called them and they were super busy and I drove there and got in very fast and was treated fantastic and the doctors and front staff were wonderful

Receptionist is coughing constantly and will not put on a mask. Eventhough there is a sign on HER desk that says "please wear a mask if you are coughing!". Not only is she practicing unsanitary conditions in a doctors office, she is extremely rude and unprofessional to anyone looking to see the doctor. Does not acknowledged anyone when they walk in. Ask for your personal info in the most rude manner, like she's hated you for 20yrs. One of the worst receptionist I've ever had to deal with. If I was her employer, I would not want that to be the face of my doctors office.

I have had no particular problems with any doctor I've seen, my issues come with front end staff and hours. The staff are consistently unfriendly, not helpful, and honestly can be quite rude. The hours are SUPPOSED to be till 5, it is SUPPOSED to be a WALK IN, and they will cut patients off at 4, I've even seen it sooner. This town needs a proper drs office, period.

Dr. Henderson is by far the worst doctor that I have ever dealt with. The staff is friendly. But would highly recommend not dealing with her. My medication was stolen from my vehicle, and with my family doctor being off for knee surgery I am unable to get in to see him for a least 2 weeks. They do not seem to care about patient care nor your time. Randy at the pharmacy is amazing and goes above and beyond
