Eleason Sheila Dr

This doctor was reported for writing an official letter to the government about my child, fory ex, stating I was in her office, and I agree to the contents. I then sent her a copy of my paystub showing I wasn't even in the province that day.....

She is the best Dr I loved her so much

Doctor Eleason is fantastic. She listens with more than her ears. She is very personable and takes the time to figure out what would be the best actions to take for your care.

This place has the worst customer service I have EVER received. I called the office which lead to me to a receptionist, I was simply asking if Dr Eleason was accepting any new clients. But by a mistake I said "looking for new' which then the receptionist then started to laugh at me through the phone and make fun of me. I don't think this receptionist realizes that some people have severe anxiety and making phone calls to people is extremely hard to do. So thank you Dr Eleason's office for giving me a panic attack today. I thought a doctors office would be more professional than this but I guess not.

I have been seeing Dr. Eleason for over a decade; I simply cannot even begin to express how amazing she is. She is warm, but to the point (which I love), she truly cares about her patients & has an incredible sense of humour.
