Enough Decent Parking And The Disabled Access is Way Better Than Before And Of Most Other Places As Well. But They Had No Choice Back Then. But This, Here & Now, Is 'Really Nice & Easy' Levelled Ground Access For Everyone..!

I have been seeing Dr. Mah for many years and when he transferred to Piper and a few years back I transferred there so I could still see him. Over the years I have been in many many times and have been seen by all the physicians at one time or another. On every occasion I have been treated with utmost respect by very caring doctors and support staff. And, not once have I witnessed anyone else in the waiting/ reception area being treated with disrespect. When I have been late, and phoned in, they were still able to accommodate me, even if it meant my waiting a bit longer. Highly recommend this clinic and physicians.

Reception ladies aren't the most helpful but great experience with the doctors.

Have been a patient of Dr. Philpott for years and I am so grateful. She is a wonderful doctor who takes the time and really cares. If I have to wait to see her, it's worth it. She is also my children's doctor and she has cared for them for most of their lives and has always been professional and attentive.

The staff is friendly as well as the doctor that I saw. My first complaint is having to book an appointment to see a doctor for my vasectomy result. I feel it's unnecessary to clog up the medical system for a simple result not to mention my time, our time. I would prefer a letter mailed out, email or call, preferably have it linked to MyAlbertaHealth records so I can check it easily online with My Alberta Digital ID. My second complaint is why don't doctors give call backs anymore regarding lab results, this occurs to often for Alberta citizens. I believe the issue lays with the Alberta health system rather then a specific clinic.
