Tried to schedule my first prenatal appointment back in may. The office admin told me there's no point in seeing a doctor before 11 weeks, and spoke to me in an ignorant and patronizing fashion. Turns out the medication I was on I needed to immediately stop taking.... Good thing I followed my gut, went elsewhere and cut all ties. Couldn't be happier with the staff at ST. Mary's.

So disappointed!I dont have any issue with the Doctors in this clinic..I had my prenatal chekup and my baby as well up to 6 months Check up they said.So last month..Dr Mandy Hyde told us to call for 6 months check up schedule and yet some unhelpful Lady over the phone didnt gave us schedule because she said its only 6 weeks not 6 months..how come my baby had his 4 month check up and Dr mandy hyde told us to do so..so unhelful..

Used to be a good doctors office/walk in clinic. But now that Dr. Ellis has left, they are no longer taking walk ins and they are booting people. So if you don’t have a family doctor here don’t bother. I was getting an issue looked after then all of a sudden they send me a message through their portal “here are your results you may take them to a new dr for further examination” not even explaining how urgent. Thanks.

Incorrect hours of operation were given to me twice in one day. By this website & by an employee on the phone! Websites might have incorrect information but to be lied to by an employee is just unprofessional, inexcusable & unconscionable. It absolutely blows my mind to even attempt to comprehend the full extent of the how deep & wide spread the incompetence runs in the medical clinic. I will NEVER return to Horizon Family Medical & will make it a personal mission mine to discredit them to every person I know & meet. I simply could not live myself if a person went to see a Dr at this clinic because of a broken toe & ended up being given a lobotomy!!!!
