I switched to the Jane Iredale makeup last week and already seeing a huge improvement. Today was my first treatment and my girl was fabulous and sweet. I love the products and my skin already looks better than ever! Highly recommend

One of the worst doctors in Red Deer. They requested a sun (skin) damage test (cant remember what its called) and Dr. Bakken walked into the room and without even introducing herself she said " you have the most horrific sun damage I've ever seen". Cool. Thanks. It made me feel so bad I let her convince me I needed hundreds of $ for treatments that months later didn't help. Oh and just in case you didn't pick up on it.....she is the coldest human being ever. And because she's crazy and talks about patient information when someone gives her a bad review (illegal) go ahead lady bring it on.

Dr Bakken has been wonderful to deal with. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Her team of estheticians are fantastic as well, and always so friendly! Great clinic, highly recommended, especially for anyone suffering with acne.

Before you say I'm not a client...I actually am just using this person's phone to write this comment.. the dr wasnt rude but was done with me super fast...my makeup and cleanser ended up being way more than I was told in the makeup room when it was put in..so bad.. But reading the responses the clinic gives to these peoples bad experiences is totally wrong....instead of just saying we're sorry hope next time you have a better experience..they seem to go quite on the defensive and blame the client ...read and you'll see what I mean...that there shows how nasty they can get...I won't go back

I’ve been working with Dr Bakken and her associates for a short period of time and am very impressed so far. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. COVID procedures are sufficient. Thank you for your help!!
