Easthill Walk-In Clinic

My family and I started using this walk-in clinic when it first opened. Though my family moved out of the area, I still visit this clinic. They've always been great to deal with. Their front desk staff is always professional, my doctor always listens to everything I have to say, and is very patient. I never feel rushed. And I always walk-in, never book appointments, and the wait is never longer than 1.5 hours. I have no experience with the appointments end of things, but I've been a patient there for over 20 years and I am very satisfied.

Dr. Rossouw is a great doctor who listens and cares about his patients. The staff have always treated me well. It's not as bad as others are making it out to be.

The reception staff, in particular one on them is absolutely RUDE. It was happened so frequently that i had to complain to one of the Doctors. Nothing changed and she is still condescending and RUDE. Even though i live the doctors there, i just cant take the rudeness anymore. I started visiting Dr Ogali st his new clinic. He is the best !!

Staff is terrible. I've been going here for years and they don't get any better. They don't answer the phones and when they do they're rude. If you don't like your job, find a different one that doesn't deal with the public.
