Dr Konynen belt has been my doctor for over 10 years.She is excellent.

Dr. Charles Metcalfe has been my physician for over 10 years and has consistently been excellent. He asks good questions and listens. He's thorough and I never feel rushed when seeing him.

If they could have a parking area on their own without a meter. I got a parking ticket twice.

I've always gone to them, and they truly care. They never questioned the pain I was reporting in my hip and, when it didn't go away with physio they referred me to a Specialist in town. They've always been great and patient with me during appointments. I would highly recommend my own Family Doctor (Dr. Metcalfe) and the Associate Medical Group both at Bower and downtown at their offices.

This clinic needs to improve their organization, professionalism and the quality of care they provide.
