Dr Pugsley is awesome. Very caring and professional. I would trust him with my life. (well actually I did).

I visited Red Deer from Vancouver Island and ended up with a large kidneystone. Dr Pugsley treated me and I was extremely impressed by the outcome of the surgery. Dr. Pugsley was very personable and that made my experience a lot easier. My best urologist EVER!

Dr Pugsley was rude as well as his staff. I am not sure if because it was Monday but overall he perfom faily good

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional office I have ever come across. First appointment couldnt find the place. Google has the wrong address. Whatever. It happens. Today I'm supposed to have an appointment, now, I remember them saying something about appointments only being Wednesdays, so I've tried calling for the past week and a half to confirm. No answer. So I just went to my appointment. Turns out the women gave me the wrong date. Not supposed to be till NEXT MONTH. When I mentioned I've been calling to find out the receptionist goes "well it's a very busy phone" um. What ? Needless to say I just canceled the appointment and will find someone better.

Dr Heins was very professional, helpful and sweet when we met him at the emergency ( UTI causing sepsis ) but when i called the office to check on referral status i got nowhere , WORLDS MOST RUDE PERSON is handling his appointments and i feel sorry for Dr Heins, his reputation will go down and he will have no business!! This person must go! She hung up on me, lied, did not do as she promised( look into my husbands file, check with dr Heins and get back to me) He name is Joyanne , supposedly ! We are sitting at nothing now ( a month later) where my husband needs something done ASAP If there was a 0 stars option i would use it!
