Very poor service!

The good news was I got in quickly. I came in because I have near total hearing loss in my right ear and my left ear has significant hearing loss from years ago. I asked the doctor to check my ears to see if he could see anything concerning and what I should do. The doctor kept mumbling to my right side and said something about olive oil. I asked what he thought I should do, I couldn't hear so I tried to interrupt to tell him that to which he shouted "You're not listening to me". and rolled his eyes. He sighed then mumbled something else I couldn't hear then walked away. It takes a special kind of indifference to to say you're not listening to me to a hearing impaired person. I hate that this man got paid for this visit.

The entire staff here is very helpful, but Dr. Njenga truly is in a class of his own. He is very patient and understanding and actually takes the time to listen to you instead of rushing his patients off like many other doctors tend to do. You will see immediately from your first visit that he really does care. He is definitely a hidden gem on the North end. Thank you, Dr. Njenga!

Got in almost right away when I went in for a visit. The lady looking after me was understanding and figured out a route to go with the issue at hand. I've been here in the past a few times, each visit has been pleasant. Also, with covid, the seating capacity is much less, about 5 chairs in the waiting area. The pharmacy next door is also great, friendly staff.

Love this location they are always super nice and helpful. I'm blown away with how friendly the staff is and how much they care, always leave with a smile ♡ Our family doctor is here, he is the best we have ever found! My little one is nervous around men but instantly took to him. Amazing team keep up the great work!
