Diana has performed an outstanding job with the Clear and Brilliant laser on my skin. She exceeds my expectations when it comes to taking care of my skin as she specifically listens to my needs and focuses on the trouble areas of my skin! I always look forward to my appointments with her. Going to get C& B laser once a month with Diana is a new ritual for me.

After just moving back to Edmonton and being treated at a beautiful spa in Calgary for the past three years, I am shocked and appalled at what I walked into with this place. First, I had an appointment booked at the beginning of November at the west end location for mini lips and botox. The receptionist had no clue I had an appointment and asked me several times who I booked with and what method. I did not receive a confirmation call the day before and this confusion was consistent the day of “my appointment”. She told me she would get me in and just to wait for the injector. I waited over an hour for the injector to get to the location - so long that she had to put numbing cream on me twice. The receptionist and the injector both had different stories as to why she didn’t show up. One story was she didn’t know she had to be there, and another was she had car troubles. As I finally came out of my extremely rushed appointment, there were women sitting in the waiting room with numbing cream on their lips. How unprofessional. I did not receive both services that day as the injector was running so far behind. Second, because this service was so rushed, the injector did not evenly fill my lips. One side is still very bumpy and the other was uneven. I called to see when this injector would be in again and heard from one receptionist that “she did not know”. After continuously calling the south side location as I was told, they eventually got me into an injector there. After another lengthy wait, the injector told me she did not want to do anything to my lips as she felt they looked perfect. She ended up filling one side which is not the side I was concerned about, and now my lips look even worse. I still have a very large cyst-like bump on one side and the other side is extremely large, to the point that people point it out on a daily basis. I have an appointment booked at another spa to have the filler removed which is extremely costly, and should not have to happen. No woman wants to look at her face and see her lips, or anything she pays to correct look even worse. I would not advise anyone To get a service done at this unprofessional spa.

The only place I’ll ever go to for any skin treatment or filler. Joanna and Rola were so professional and did an amazing job taking care of me when I felt nauseous after filler(I have a fear of needles) they refused to let me leave until I was 100% back to feeling normal. Amazing place and amazing staff and most definitely will come back!
