We had a horrible experience. We were told that the shower head we purchased would not fit, when he didn't even take the time to open the box, turns out it did... He left with our faucet leaking because he didn't bother to check it. Also we were told that our drain was missing a part and wouldn't fit, again, that was wrong. We had to hire another plumber after he left because he didn't actually accomplish any of the 3 things we asked and he still charged us a few hundred dollars. I couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed.
Mike is the most kind, thoughtful, and conscientious professional you could ever welcome into your home. He hooked up our guest bath, kitchen, and laundry after we did some major renovations and was patient enough to walk us through everything he was doing and the inspections. He was super responsive and communicative, very respectful, has years of knowledge & experience under his belt and most importantly, he left us with a quality job well done and a clean job site. I would recommend him ten times over. We'll definitely be having him back when it comes time to do the master bath!
After calling on Menard twice now he's the only plumber I'll call! He's super knowledgeable and very prompt. On both occasions he was able to fit me into his schedule right away. He was able to fix our problem quickly and thoroughly. He's a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely reccomend him!!
