I highly recommend Second Sun services. William came quickly, and found the problem, he also discovered the defective part was still under warranty. He called manufacturers and ordered the replacement part. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and altogether a pleasure to have in my home. I have referred him to several of my neighbours and friends. He gives top quality service for affordable prices.

Will found and repaired a leak in the water supply line between the water meter and the house. He communicated clearly and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was able to create an adapter for an outdated fitting. He was also careful to explain what he had done. The final cost seemed very reasonable. I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

Can't say enough good things about William. He was all the things you hope for in a tradesman. He was prompt, communicated the day before and on the day confirming his arrival, worked hard and left the site clean. His rates were reasonable and his final bill was under his original estimate.
