I don't drink, but these guys are making free hand sanitizer for health care workers. For that, they deserve your support when the world recovers from the pandemic. Great people!

My boyfriend and me stopped in for a drink yesterday. Loved it!! The Gin was great !! And the bartender was so nice and educated us on the gin. Service and quality 5 stars.

With there signature Empress Gin, Victoria Distillers is with a stop. There are tours and sales available directly from the distillery. There is also a very nice lounge with signature cocktails. A very nice way to end a visit to the Sidney waterfront.

These guys are phenomenal. I was able to sample almost all of their wares, and wow, I walked out after purchasing twice as much as I intended to buy. Their Empress 1908 and their spiced rum are absolutely phenomenal. My wife is especially enamored with the fact that the gin changes from purple to pink when mixed with citrus.

Great atmosphere friendly staff all there distillates are absolutely delicious.
