We deal only with the shipping and receiving but the staff there are all amazing, helpful and very accommodating! So are their drivers. We are very grateful to have such a supportive and efficient depot!

Love dealing with Big Country. The ladies are amazing, helpful and overall wonderful. Our packages, when shipped to them, are always pristine. Never any issue. They have even delivered items to us in town up our terrible and steep driveway. They delivered furniture up our nasty driveway when UPS just drops little boxes at the bottom in the snow. My 1 daughter had her christmas present xbox stolen because UPS dropped it at the bottom of the driveway in the snow and drove away. These guys delivered a bedroom set for our other daughter for Christmas and they backed up our horrendous driveway and unloaded in the snow and ice....all with a smile.

Not a good place for service and staff needs lesson on customer service.
