Kornak & Hamm's Pharmacy

Literally the worst customer service ever. I was on vacation in williams lake and forgot my epi pen. Took a prescription to this pharmacy, gave them my blue cross information - they said it would be 30 minutes to fill it. I return and they said that my plan doesn't cover medications (not true). They tell me i need to call blue cross - i do, they tell me that the pharmacy needs to call. I relay this message, they tell me they can't because they are all on lunch (meanwhile there is 7 people standing around doing nothing, and its 2 pm - not lunch time). They then said they would fax my prescription to the shoppers instead. Luckily the people at shoppers were competent enough to fill an epi pen and plug in blue cross numbers for coverage.

We moved here 3 months ago and in the first month I got a family doctor and the first time trying to find a pharmacy they were very nice staff took us on and set up accounts very lucky too have helpful staff their, excellent services we didn't have too waited to long for their meds either very happy momma here.

Friendly and professional! But very busy because of it. Best to drop your prescription off (or call for refill) the day before you need it, or you might find yourself waiting.
