I had 5 companies come and give estimates when I realised my water supply line to the house from the municipal meter had ruptured. I got 4 verbal estimates with start dates of "next week sometime", the fifth estimate was from Clear Choice; it was a detailed PDF sent to my email after I viewed it on the estimator's phone. I asked when they could start and was told tomorrow (Saturday). I gave him a check for 30% and he took off to get the permit. By 9:30 the next morning I had a mini excavator and a plumber hard at work in my front yard. By 2:30 that afternoon I had paid the remaining amount due and everyone went home. Both workers were polite, respectful and professional in every way. Working with the estimator was just as pleasurable. Even speaking on the phone with the lady at the office was pleasant. I am a D.I.Y. guy because I believe that if you want the job done the way you want it done do it yourself, but this one was more than I wanted to deal with. I am impressed with every aspect of the way this job was completed, especially the finished product. I was told right up front that they are not responsable for landscaping, but I actually had to tell the excavator operator "That is good enough. Leave me something to do." Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating is a stand up company that I will use again!

The whole experience was professional, and yet personal. The timing for the appointments were prompt, the plumber communicated well in terms of scheduling/options/cost for plumbing materials/labour, and was very good about explaining the estimate before doing the work. The plumber made excellent suggestions for matching decor in our house and explaining strong functional/working designs for toilets and faucets. The plumber was very polite and communicated well. The billing was a nice touch too, convenient online payments. The service was excellent.

Amazing service start to finish. Sara in the office sent a plumber out the same day to replace my leaking hot water tank. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a plumber.

Just can’t say enough good things about this company, the office staff is very friendly and accommodating and the technician did such and amazing job. Keep up the good work !!!!
