Really difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances - customer respect and service is nonexistent.
He was able to give us a quote on the spot (which was 20% lower than the next best quote we received). Friendly. polite and professional from the moment he introduced himself until his work was complete, I was quite pleased to find a plumbing contractor in Aldegrove that we can trust.
Worst experience with a home service provider ever. My mother hired them to install a water heater and took the day off work to wait at home for them. They didn’t show up and lied to her when she called. Really disrespectful and unprofessional people.
I appreciate that they use eco-friendly techniques where it makes sense. It’s nice to see a small business that care about the environment. Langley Plumbing Company replaced all of our old lead pipes with modern fixtures at our place in Brookswood and we are really happy with their work
