The most important thing about this service is going above and beyond and understanding what the customers needs are from start to finish and getting the job done the right way!
We called in for help on Saturday and spoke to Vivian. She was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and was very helpful. She then got a technician to come in and check what was wrong with it. Gary was the one who showed up and knew right away what part was needed in order for our heater to start working again. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered in and was not expected until today. Gary was able to squeeze us in in-between his other appointments this morning and installed the part and voila....WE HAVE HEAT!!!! Nicely done Gary! We will definitely recommend you to everyone.
Got my hot water tank replaced by Gary today. Job was done beautifully...Neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend his service to friends.
Gary arrived on time and already had his mask ready to put on. He explained each step of how he would unclog a serious pipe problem, costs and kept updating me throughout. He agreed to do a couple of extra jobs as well. Would definitely be my first choice for any future plumbing problems. Thanks!
We cannot say enough good things about Gary and his business. We called him at about 7pm on Friday night due to our hot water tank going on us. Awesome experience from booking, to install, to clean up. Gary answered all my questions from the get go. I chose this company over 10 to 12 places and I don't regret it. James & Anthony did the install and they were very professional and courteous. They also answered all my questions and gave me tips and advice. You can tell that they cared because they were very meticulous. They even sanitized everything when they were done! This was my first time dealing with them but it won't be the last. They will now be my go-to for plumbing and heating. I will also tell my friends about them. Highly recommended!!!
