Our hot water tank died Friday evening around 6:30pm. By 8pm that evening I had heard from Gary who took the details of what we needed and confirmed he had a tank he could install if wanted. He was clear about the price for weekend work which was very fair. He arrived Saturday morning as promised and did an excellent job of installing a new hot water tank. He noticed we also needed our main water shut off changed due to corroding and walked us through getting that done. He will be back later this week to finish that. Wonderful old fashioned service!

Came in a short time frame, repaired furnace and installed a tap, at a cost of just under $300 for the tap alone. Did the job relatively well and within a few hours. Had given this company a 4 star rating, up until about a week ago, on Sunday morning, after a year no less, the plumber called and wanted a 5 star rating and wanted to know what he could do to make me give him a 5 star rating. Just based on that, I'm lowering my rating. They did the job, which cost $700 for replacing a part on the furnace and put a new tap in, and a year later they phone to badger someone into using their rating, on a Sunday morning no less, that just soured me on them completely. They may be different with other people they've worked for but I doubt that I would hire them again.

Had my hot water tank replaced by James and Anthony...they did a great job! These guys were professional, fast and efficient. Also, The receptionist (Vivian) was very pleasant booking the service. Highly recommend them!

This guy Gary is the man. Super professional, came with a mask on and all. Incredibly knowledgeable about our issue. I recommend this guy anytime of the week!

After a bathroom tap leak and a failed DIY attempt, I contacted Willowbrook plumbing. Gary provided a solution that wouldnt require me cutting a whole through the ceiling below the bathroom. He went out of his way to source parts in order to fix the problem. I also used Gary for replacing my Hot Water tank. I would definately use him again
