These guys did an excellente job, thank you very much. My family and I are new to the country and had to wait to move into the home we purchased, so we used the storage at Simple Moves. We were quoted an exact price with packing and delivery to and from storage. The moving crew did a fantastic job and to my surprise, many of them came from countries close to mine, so we had a really good time. My wife was at ease and that makes me happy.

The bad review is not about the movers, who did their job impeccably - fast, efficient and careful with the home and with our furniture. It's about the unclear communication with management in the face of Nathaniel Nicolato. He was promoting a commercial account fees for my business at $49/unit/hour and when I asked him over the phone what that means he said, well - people. I also asked for contract beforehand, and he said that the Move plan they sent acts as contract - that Move plan didn't have any pricing indications on it. All moving companies I've used before are very clear about their fees and surcharges. This one apparently adds their truck as an unit, so instead of $400 bill I expected, I got stuck with $600 for a job that took 2 1/2 hrs to do. The worst thing is when I complained about the unclear and misleading email and conversations, I was laughed at and refused any compensation, or honoring previous, lower pricing that I was offered. As a business owner, if my client has a complaint- I'll do everything to fix the problem and leave them happy. Well I feel like I've been robbed in broad daylight! Worst experience ever! If you hire them, ask them explicitly what your fees are going to be period!!
