TNA Marine

My boat was acting up recently so I took it into TNA and explained to them that the boat was stalling when shifting into neutral then would have a hard time starting up again. I explained that the gauges were no longer working, and the blower was toast. Basically, explained that I wanted to have no issues on the water. I paid close to a grand to have the starter replaced, gauges re-wired with adjustments to the shifter, blower replaced and a new cap/rotor kit replaced. TNA advised me that I would not have any issued on the water as everything was tested and running smooth. Took the boat onto the water and noticed that the gauges were not working, then the boat stalled out when shifting into neutral AND it would not start! I did notice that the blower was working perfectly fine. The issues that I initially went in for and paid $942.48 were not fixed and TNA advised that they would have to do a water test for 2 hours at $140/hr to determine what the issues were now. Anyways waste of a grand as the only thing fixed was the blower. Seemed like it was a rushed job, they did not even try to diagnose the problems and just went ahead on replacing parts which were probably fine to begin with. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

Phoned these guys because of an issue I was having with a marine stereo deck that I bought from them at the boat show. They told me that another guy had to call me back (I think his name was Kevin, because it was his department) so I gave them my number. No one ever called me back. Great customer service guys. I went to Sounds Good Audio in Coquitlam. Amazing people and service. Won't buy from TNA again.
