Self Storage Depot

Horrible service by the main manager and g.m. others working there were very nice . Was told by the g.m that he would give my daughter a break and only charge her for 2 weeks later charged the whole month.was told to come back the next day by the friendly staff to speak to the manager. Upon doing this the manager had no idea what customer service is. Was very very rude. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this location.

The staff at this location are exceptional. I spoke with staff inside the office and outside the office and they were able to help me with all of my requests. They met all of my needs, wants and expectations when it came to being a public service business. The facility was VERY clean and their COVID-19 related practices were very respectable and I felt like they cared about my health and the health of their customers in general. The video camera system they use here is really good.

I have used this storage depot for a couple years now and they are friendly and helpful.

Courteous people. Spic and span and heated. Easy access even to inside units. Each storage unit is individually alarmed.

Clean location with a good variety of unit sizes. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Easy access and hours. A good place to go if you have any storage needs
