Used Bekins for the third time. First two moves were good but this time was a nightmare. They sent three guys, the one young guy one was in a rush and at one point he joked that it was his first day and maybe his last because of the damaged furniture. Furniture damaged (it fell off the ramp going up to the truck, into a rock garden) as well as a wall in my brand new house. I would NOT recommend them. Having a tough time getting the money for the damage they did.

From an ex employee: YOU’RE BETTER OFF MOVING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY From working there I can promise you, You are better moving with someone else, The “manager” Renny is a joke who brings his drinking problems into work everyday, the sales staff will seem extremely helpful over the phone until it comes to moving day and they’ve underquoted you costing you way more than told. Renny from conversation with staff does not care about customer satisfaction nor talking to them, Given they short temper, NO TRAINING PROVIDED then you have a manager put all their problems on you. Renny has no problems lying to employees about wage until caught, turns into he said they said with 0 accountability for his previous statements. Extremely toxic work environment, everyone there openly hates Renny, Renny openly hates and displays who he hates towards everyone, it’s hard being a young guy trying to work in times like these, when you have to deal with managers as immature and manipulative as Renny. My final week there I called Renny explaining I couldn’t work due to being in the hospital that week and over the phone he seemed understanding, until the end of the week where he seemingly forget that conversation on phone and fired me due to not showing up the days he told me... Renny is a basket case of a manager, and horrible attitude towards customers.

Absolutely the worst experience and they cancelled our move date. Call backs were horrible, they never advised us once that we needed to secure the date by putting down a credit card. They told us it was all on us at the bottom of their estimate, that they never followed up once with us on and we had to call them to after three days to get. In that time, we lost the move date that.
