DO NOT USE if you want to stack boxes two times high. Someone simply reached over the unit provided and stole things from my unit. They are not very secure between each other and staff on site has no interest in helping if your items are stolen. DO NOT keep anything of value at this location.

Boyfriend loves his locker here. He doesn't spend very much for the size of his locker. They are gated with a code you need to get in the parking lot and to get up the elevator. They're also open 6am - 9pm everyday

This climate-controlled storage facility is extremely clean and well-maintained. We also found the security measures to be above par. But what was MOST exceptional was the customer service of all the staff at this location. Somit, Chitra, and Neha are extremely friendly, yet very professional. We felt they all went beyond the call of duty and provided us with a knowledgeable and personalized experience; we never felt rushed and they explained the different options available without hesitation. They are honest and have integrity, which made our decision of choosing this well-run facility quite easy and natural. Thank you! ~Yvette

Very friendly at reception, neat and organized monthly charge and communication. The facilities very clean, dry and safe! I did not encounter anything that needs improved. I was very happy from beginning to the end Dec. 2019 till July 2020.
